Model Rulebook on Criteria, Indicators, Methods and Procedures for Evaluating the Work of Judges and Presidents of Courts
The Model rulebook on criteria, indicators, methods and procedures for evaluating the work of judges and presidents of courts is the result of the work of CEPRIS members – Ana Stamenić, judge of the High Court in Novi Sad, with contribution of professor at the Faculty of Law, Miodrag Jovanović and lawyer Nataša Stojadinović. The model contains specific directions for the purpose of evaluating the work of judges – assessment, maintenance and improvement of the quality of work, while respecting the independence of the judge in order to strengthen the public’s trust in the work of the judge and the court.
